If you have a problem with one of our products please then you can choose among different ways to get support.

• you can use our public support forum to ask a question and discuss with other users
• you can use our public bugtracking system to file an incidence report

In all cases, please describe the problem as precise as possible and add a short description how we can reproduce it. The support is available to all persons, but registered customers have a higher priority.

If the application crashs please send the generated data via the crash dialog that pops up when a fatal error occurres. Doing this gives us much more precise information and in 80% of all cases we can fix the bug within one hour.
